These have resulted in issues such as fines from the registrar\, closure of the corporate bank account\, warning letters and even disqualification of directors. \n  \nPortion 2: \nWe will also be doing a run-through of the various work passes as well as the changes that came into effect on the 1st of September 2023 (These changes were major!) This is useful for employers who are looking to hire foreigners\, white or blue-collar.
