Recently, a few of our clients have come to us asking us to run through what a company needs to take note of. Hence, we have come up with this free webinar for both our clients as well as anyone who wants to know more about the compliance requirements of Singapore companies. We have had companies approaching us to plug issues within their companies in terms of corporate compliance. These have resulted in issues such as fines from the registrar, closure of the corporate bank account, warning letters and even disqualification of directors.

We will also be doing a run-through of the various work passes as well as the changes that came into effect on the 1st of September 2023. This is useful for employers who are looking to hire foreigners, white or blue-collar. It is also useful for foreigners who are looking to live and work in Singapore.
