All companies (and entities) need to appoint a Data Protection Officer (DPO). The DPO is the person who is in charge of setting the data protection policies as well as liaising with the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) among other responsibilities. If you have not appointed a DPO for your company, the CorpPass Administrators for your organisation should receive this message.

Please note that you can get your corporate service provider (CSP) to help your organisation update ACRA as to the identity of your DPO.

For all of Raffles Corporate Services’ (RCS) clients, please reach out to your relevant advisors if your organisation has yet to appoint your DPO. Please note that RCS also provides complimentary service to existing clients in generating Data Protection Policies which they can then use on their websites and within their organisations.

If you need any assistance on appointing your organisation’s DPO, please contact the Raffles Corporate Services support team at [email protected].

Yours sincerely,

The editorial team at Raffles Corporate Services
